Build the platform
Pipelines, build standardisation, policy gates, artifact and release traceability. The delivery path becomes a product your teams consume, not something each of them reinvents.
I build and run the pipelines, tooling and guardrails that let developers ship into regulated production — now with agents in the loop, and the traceability to prove what shipped.

Delivery performance as evidence rather than opinion: DORA metrics plus the queue and wait time that actually explain them. You cannot fix a bottleneck you cannot see.
AI agents inside CI/CD, review and operations, with the policy gates, SBOM and release traceability that mean a regulated bank can still prove what shipped, and why.
Every engagement below was delivered personally — some as a contractor through payroll companies, some as an employee.
Extending and maintaining a CI/CD component library on GitLab that standardises build pipelines for JVM, Node and Python services — with security scanning, testing and deployment stages built into the template rather than bolted on by each team separately.
Ran the distributed runtime behind quantitative pricing services on HashiCorp Nomad, Consul and Fabio, plus the messaging, storage and observability stack underneath it. Second-level support for the high-performance pricing cluster.
Installed and ran the bank's CI/CD tooling for in-house and third-party software delivery, and wrote the services that held it together — Java Spring Boot and Go integrations, and C# security proxies bridging Kerberos and OIDC.
Built front-end and back-end components for the Saferpay e-commerce payment platform, and automated the delivery pipelines around it.
Delivered software for banking clients. Led the data migration team, rebuilding a C# ETL tool that moved terabytes of structured data from a legacy core system to its replacement, and built CRM modules and integrations for client institutions.
“Where does our delivery actually get stuck — and what are the three changes worth making?”
A delivery-performance baseline, the bottleneck analysis behind it, a dashboard your team keeps, and three prioritised changes with effort and impact.
The deliverable is a readout like this one. Move the controls to see how two common constraints move delivery performance.
Embedded with your team to design, build and operate the delivery platform together. This is the current shape of the Raiffeisen engagement.
Focused work on one concrete blocker — a pipeline, a migration, a release process that has stopped being trustworthy.
The Engineering Intelligence Assessment. Measurement, findings and a prioritised plan.
Bringing your team up to speed on delivery platform practice, supply chain controls, or AI in the development loop.
A 30-minute conversation is usually enough to tell whether there is something here worth doing. If there isn't, I'll say so.
